Kenai Alaska. One clear day Friday for a while then this. Hundreds of planes in the air yet only this was the start. If truly vapor trails, the whole sky would be covered at all times., there is so much traffic. Then the frequency push to this. They think we are stupid. And the sky was really not clear, high white haze that is hard to see until the frequency manipulation.

Take a look at this sky.. what a total disaster, and we can thank our governments for sanctioning this

The geoengineering programs are now running continuously. All the toxicity that is being dispensed into our air is being done without our consent!

🧵@RepBrianBabin (R-TX): Chair of the full House Science, Space & Technology Committee drafted a letter to Neil Jacobs (NOAA) requesting a staff briefing on weather modification & the lack of oversight as reported in the 3/24/26 GAO Science & Tech Spotlight: Solar Geoengineering.

Brian emphasized the need for “rigorous oversight, heightened scrutiny, and greater transparency” in reporting to NOAA.

Rep. Rich McCormick (R-GA): Chair of the Investigations and Oversight Subcommittee (under Science Committee). Co-signed the draft letter.

The current federal requirement is a one-page weather modification reporting form to NOAA. However, GAO (Government Accountability Office) found most submissions contain errors and missing information.

Relevant GAO Reports:
February 2026: GAO-26-108013 – “Weather Modification: NOAA Should Strengthen Oversight to Ensure Reliable Information.”

March 24, 2026: GAO-26-108837 – “Science & Tech Spotlight: Solar Geoengineering.” Discusses methods like marine cloud brightening and stratospheric aerosol injection, their potential to reflect sunlight and cool Earth, but stresses high uncertainty around environmental, health, and regional impacts (e.g., weather pattern disruption, “termination shock” if stopped suddenly)

Highlighted weaknesses in NOAA’s process for tracking these activities. This report directly spurred the committee’s letter

A committee spokesperson noted they were “considering going in a different direction” after the draft was shared without full approval, describing it as reflecting internal discussions.
