@BedBathBeyond you guys absolutely suck. I got a damaged bed frame and not getting a refund . The USPS return just took the frame and didn't take the headboard. I have no idea what is happening..I just need a refund at this point and not a replacement. Can someone look into this?
On top of all this they gave me a loaner ( q3 for a q7) with the instruction to not exceed 800 to 1000 miles. Am i supposed to stop driving the loaner if the dealer ends up keeping the car for another couple of weeks? The Audi experience just keeps getting diluted yr after yr.
@Audi, dropped my car off at Bell Audi NJ last Friday to replace a faulty G71 chip and was told i'll likely get it on Monday. Have been calling them for the past 2 days and the phone doesnt even get picked up. The service standards are getting progressively worse.

@Chase For whoever's looking at these tweets, I made a transfer from my own brokerage acc with @etrade to @Chase savings for which chase has restricted my acc & blocked my funds. Their fraud team doesn't want to talk to etrade bcoz the ACH says Morgan Stanley.
@Chase Have been writing to the exec cust care & sr.mgmt for 2 days and they cant even better bothered to acknowledge let alone respond. Decisions based on AI algorithms alone with no human to overrule will certainly lead you to oblivion.
@Chase@Chase is probably the coldest and most unprofessional organization that ive dealt with. Not even emails to their cust service or senior mgmt elicit a response. You can't build an organization on the debris of bad customer experiences. Apathetic &indifferent should be ur motto.
@Chase@coinbase It'd be great if you also focused on treating customers well. My accounts have been unilaterally closed and no one including your executive cust care can bother to respond. Absolutely terrible service.

@Chase Im ready to close my united airlines credit card too. You're actually mistreating customers. I have a significant amount of money in the account and have set up a direct deposit. Yet you close the acc. Seems like profiling.
