To avoid EMI default, I proactively visited the branch before the due date to pay manually Branch refused payment, stating EMI can be paid only after auto-debit fails - which would attract penal charges

Paying voluntarily shouldn’t be penalised. Expecting prompt resolution

My account was frozen without any SMS/email/ Call.
Even after raising a ticket with HDFC, no clarification was provided on
why mandatory customer notification was not sent.

This lack of communication has caused serious inconvenience.

Multiple orders of google play gift cards were placed from my flipkart account as on date 09/06/2023.These order were not placed from my end. Transaction were done through my flipkart axis credit card without any sharing of OTP to anyone.
