This is the AT&T store that forcefully added NextUp and insurance to the line even after clearly asking them not to. Now @ATT Bridgewater store says it not their responsibility to fix this issue.

@MarriottBonvoy had the worst experience at The Laura Hotel, Houston downtown. No housekeeping for 3 nights even after constantly asking for, billing issues, and rude front desk. That’s after paying $350/night. Should it even be part of Marriott?
