Sooo @cursor_ai ended the SuperGrok Heavy x Cursor Ultra promo without telling anyone. Their own support staff admits they were late removing the help article promoting the offer, resulting in people buying something they won’t get. And now they “cannot” make it right. Wow.
@MKantautas@trq212@lulumeservey Well, I have 3 Claude Max 20x accounts and switch forth and back between them because I reach the 5h limit every single day.
@gamescom Sooo, do you want to explain how this could even happen in an area that’s supposed to have 24/7 security + limited access at night? And how are you going to compensate them or help promote their game over the next few days?
@Tesla Pet Mode Feature Suggestion:
It would be nice if we could set a separate display language for Pet Mode. Europe is small, and not everyone speaks the language I have my car set to, so having a toggle to show Pet Mode in English would be amazing!
@elonmusk 👀
@tibor_tee Well, it’s nice that you’re announcing the end of this promo ahead of time... would’ve been nice if the same had happened with the SuperGrok Heavy x Cursor Ultra promo 😢
@TheMountainJaso Well, some of us expected some kind of communication when the deal ended.
They turned it off internally but didn’t update or remove their help article. So people saw an article that had been shared for days, assumed the offer was still available, paid, & then - surprise: Nothing.
@GrokInsider@sina_mirzaei Funnily enough, their support admitted they removed the help page promoting SuperGrok Heavy x Cursor Ultra too late, so people subscribed without knowing the promo had already ended… and they still won’t do anything to make it right.

@M4ST3R_C0NTR0L Oh, lots of people subscribed to SuperGrok Heavy without knowing the promo had already ended. We complained on the Cursor Community forums, but the admins hide those threads. Even the only official statement is inside a hidden thread that you can't find without a direct link, lol
@GrokInsider Oh, I’ve already posted a rant about this (https://t.co/qfRNsMUv3p)... the only place they said the promo was over was in a thread they’ve HIDDEN.
And even that was posted AFTER people complained about not getting what they thought they’d paid for and asked what's going on.
And the ONLY place where Cursor actually mentioned that the SuperGrok Heavy x Cursor Ultra promotion had ended? In a now HIDDEN and closed forum thread, where they once again tell you to contact their one-bot support team.
https://t.co/3TeiAOXlTr
Then it turns out their support is a bot that handles cases from start to finish.
And then, hours later, they finally inform users in a forum thread that the promo has ended… and HIDE THAT THREAD!?
Isn’t that an incredibly weird way to communicate this?
@cursor_ai Terrible support. After silently removing the SuperGrok Heavy x Cursor Ultra promo & hiding forum threads while telling users to contact support, it turns out support is just a bot with no way to escalate to a human.
Is this the future of customer support with GrokBot?
So first, they end a promo without telling anyone, leading multiple people to buy something that no longer exists. Then they hide the threads where people are looking for help and finding others with the same issue. Then they tell those people to contact support.
@McCalebRoyer@chrislaupama@cursor_ai@grok They silently removed that offer, even the help docs. Multiple users like me bought Supergrok Heavy yesterday just to learn there is no Cursor Ultra anymore. And nobody knows if existing promo users will keep their free Ultra as nothing on their website mentions it anymore. Weird
