@British_Airways BA cancelled our flight BA738 on 11 June. Disembarked us almost at midnight, told us that they cannot provide any accommodation and asked us to find one ourselves and rebooked us on a flight 2 days later. Turned our journey into an ordeal. @transportgovuk
