@British_Airways 2 weeks since the baggage fiasco and we're still missing a case. @ecourierair have had it for 8 days, have not delivered it nor told us when it will be returned. DMs to both organisations have been useless. You need to start taking some responsibility here

@British_Airways why have you given responsibility for delivery of a large amount of luggage to an organisation - Ecourier Air - that doesn't have the capacity to deal with it? They are not contactable by phone, email or chat, and we have no clue when our bag will be delivered

@ecourierair Your tracking is useless. It currently says our bag will be delivered between 01:46 and 03:46 on the 24th of May. You are not relying to email or phone calls. Do you have any idea when you expect to have cleared the backlog of suitcases?

@British_Airways our suitcase was left at LHR on 15th May. It's been with Ecourierair since 20th, to be returned home to us. Their tracking system makes no sense and it's impossible to get hold of anyone. Please DM to advise next steps
