@suziegeewizz You can only take dividends if you have profits! Employers pay themselves a basic wage then if there is a profit, they can take dividends (which corporation tax and dividend tax is payable)

@Jenny_1884 We are landlords and our tenants ARE NOT paying our mortgage off. Its interes only as the rental fee and taxes dont cover the amount needed for a repayment mortgage. Interest rates for landlords are less favourable. We are in it for the long term gain although not looking good!

@daveatherton EVs are not 20-30% heavier if you correctly compare like for like on size and class eg you can’t compare the weight of a Tesla Y with a Ford Puma. Correctly comparing and they are a very similar weight. Also weight is better distributed on an EV than an ICE vehicle
