@TUIUK Thx. Danni. This is not a P&O issue. This has nothing to do with the recent flight restrictions, but as confirmed by the Captain this is specifically a faulty plane (Code 41) so could not fly as planned. After 4 hours we were sent to another island to await a potential UK return

@TUIUK Stranded @ Barbados on flight BY99. We know the airspace is open, but we are stuck at the gate because of a BROKEN NAVIGATION LIGHT. It’s been 4 hours. No food. No updates. This is a technical failure, not airspace. Where is the Duty of Care? #TUI #BY99 #Barbados
