The U.S. Dollar Index is breaking out of a bull flag this morning after refusing to fall back below the $100 level.

Take a good look at this weekly chart of copper.
On its way to a breakout to new ATHs?
Maybe.
Watch this very closely for the next 72 hours.
Positive implications for silver if it does.
40% of the 50 largest metros have falling year-over-year home prices
25.5% of the 200 largest metros have falling year-over-year home prices
The data reason, largely, for the gap above is that the Midwest has a lot of smaller metros
20 years of quality beat 40 years of mediocrity
The proof in one chart. A business earning 6% on capital turns 100 into roughly 1,000 over 40 years. A business earning 18% turns it into roughly 2,750 in just 20 years.
Half the time. Nearly triple the result.
Charlie Munger said it in 1995: over the long term, it's hard for a stock to earn a much better return than the business underlying it earns. Hold a 6% business for 40 years and you'll make about 6%. Even if you bought it at a huge discount. Hold an 18% business and you'll end up with one hell of a result. Even if you paid an expensive-looking price.
The entry price decides the first years. The return on capital decides the decades.
Time is the friend of the wonderful business. And the enemy of the mediocre one.
BREAKING: My brother teacher @EnochBurke has been ordered to pay almost €210,000 in fines by a High Court Judge.
His crime: refusing to accept you can be suspended from your job for not calling a child “they”.
A shameful day for Ireland.
Jawdropping reporting from @CarolLeonnig & @VaughnHillyard. Forget guardrails; there are no rules or boundaries of any kind: "no formal Secret Service policy prohibiting the use of a government helicopter for transporting a vice president’s child to a local event, but former and current Secret Service supervisors agreed the request for a chopper for this purpose has no precedent." https://t.co/hDOMSSRzXn
Uranium ($URA) ☢️ — spiking below the arc as expected. Might be a good buy around $36 if it gets a quick rebound above the arc like it did last March. Risky though, if it goes below $36 next support is in the low $20’s. I’d definitely snag some down there.
Still no position here. Just watching and being patient.
Other uranium exposure like $UUUU $UEC $DNN $URNJ and $URNM will probably follow URA, easiest just to track that. When URA bottoms so will the rest of them.
Not financial advice, just my opinions.
For the good of the order 🫡
