Isabel Osborne was driving through the intersection of Keele St and Sheppard Ave on New Year’s Day 2021 when she was struck and killed by a speeding impaired driver whose license was suspended.
Osborne’s niece told the driver today “your bad decisions killed my Auntie Isabel”.
