I didn’t think it could get much worse than @ATTHelp but @XfinitySupport proved me wrong. They installed a bad modem, (no internet for 1st 2 wks) Sent someone to fix it and charged ME! They won’t credit my bill for “no service” or 1 of the 2 $100 install fees they charged.
