i’ve never been more disappointed in #CustomerService than just now, on the phone with @SamsungUS @SamsungSupport our 1.5 yo 75” tv has a bug in the screen. i’ve followed all of their steps—called all of their suggested places-3 phone calls later...0 resolve. awesome. thanks.

nothing against those who choose 2 sit in the middle of a 3seater. i just dont #ratherstand having said tht,when ppl ask to sit there its like they pick ppl that have a large bag already on their lap/working on their computer. Ynot pick men sitting w/just their phone? #cmon #lirr

@XSportFitness of the last 20 times ive come 2 the gym in #massapequa ny, theres only been towels available ONE TIME (i come in the AM!) on top of that-there r only 6 stair machines that r CONSTANTLY being used in spite of the fact that NOT 1 of them is in good working condition.

@BetchyCommuter okok, i’m taking all the criticisms, but tbh, we’ve been complaining about all of those problems for years..no change. at least free wifi would ease the pain of standing on the 559 train in a middle aisle that’s running late with no announcement.
