वित्तीय वर्ष 2023-24 से मध्य प्रदेश ने ERP आधारित ऑन-सिस्टम ऑडिट अपनाकर पैक्स के वित्तीय प्रबंधन को अधिक पारदर्शी, सटीक और आधुनिक बनाया।

3,967 ���ैक्स में सफल क्रियान्वयन के साथ यह पहल डिजिटल सहकारिता की दिशा में एक प्रेरणादायक उदाहरण बनकर उभरी है।

In line with the Union Government’s vision of citizen-driven, responsive and outcome-oriented governance, Dr. @ASHISHBHUTANI14, Secretary, Ministry of Cooperation, as the Convener of Sectoral Group of Secretaries Sub-Group 1A on Agriculture & Allied Sectors, chaired a meeting on 11 August 2026 at Atal Akshay Urja Bhawan, New Delhi, to discuss the implementation framework for #ReformUtsav.

The meeting focused on establishing an effective mechanism to examine, deliberate upon and translate citizens’ reform suggestions into actionable outcomes. The Sub-Group brings together the Secretaries of the Ministries/Departments of Cooperation, Animal Husbandry & Dairying, Agriculture & Farmers’ Welfare, Fisheries, Fertilizers, and Food Processing Industries.

The deliberations focused on the three-stage Reform Utsav framework, Jan Manthan (Discover), Vimarsh (Deliberate) and Jan Samadhan (Deliver), with emphasis on identifying quick-win reforms, developing implementation roadmaps for structural reforms, and ensuring time-bound follow-up through regular reviews and Action Taken Reports (ATRs).

The three-month #ReformUtsav campaign, scheduled from October to December 2026, will provide citizens with a structured platform to contribute ideas for systemic and procedural reforms with wide public impact. The initiative aims to transform citizen suggestions into actionable reforms and, ultimately, measurable outcomes.

The meeting was attended by Shri Avinash Joshi, Secretary, @MOFPI_GOI; @likhi_dr, Secretary, Department of Fisheries, @Min_FAHD; and senior officials from the Ministry of Cooperation; the Departments of Animal Husbandry & Dairying, Agriculture & Farmers Welfare, Fisheries and Fertilizers; and the Ministry of Food Processing Industries.
