3-4 months chasing you to close my broadband. Paid last month on your promise of closure—plan still active, bills still coming. This is unfair billing. Close my connection & waive these charges, or I will escalate to TRAI and the consumer forum.

Hi @makemytrip, I need urgent help with my return flight date change.

I selected the date change option when booking my round-trip flight, but now I am unable to find any option on the MakeMyTrip platform to modify my return date. I have also tried contacting support multiple times through my colleague’s Indian number, but the calls were kept on hold for around 30 minutes and then disconnected. We were also told we would receive a callback, but no follow-up was received.

I then emailed for support and only got an auto-reply saying that the email ID is not monitored.

This is very frustrating. Please urgently review my case and help me change my return flight date. I can share booking details and PNR by DM.

@IndiaPostOffice I just visited (Mota Varachcha Post Office - 394101)
at 15:30
Post office replied to me that office is closed.
I requested to him that post is important to me and it's working time (8:00 to 16:00).
that guys do not respond me.
