The US blockade will do what years of sanctions never quite did. Oil stops leaving. Hard currency dries up. The rial keeps collapsing. Food inflation, already savage, turns into empty tables.

That is when the real campaign starts… not in the Strait, but in New York, Geneva and every Western newsroom.

You will hear famine. You will hear genocide. You will hear that thousands of aid trucks must be allowed in or the world is complicit. The UN and the NGOs will produce the numbers. The same networks that treated every Gaza bottleneck as proof of Israeli intent will treat every Iranian shortage as proof of American intent. The Arab League will discover its voice again, not against the regime that spent decades arming proxies and firing at Gulf shipping, but against the country applying the pressure.

The demand will not be “end the war.” It will be more precise than that, with stop the blockade, reopen the ports, let the money in slogans. Humanitarian language will be used to restore the regime’s cashflow.

Watch the sequence, because it is already familiar.

First the pictures of queues and empty shelves. Then the experts explaining that X thousand trucks a day are the minimum. Then the charge that anything less is collective punishment. Then the moral inversion where the government that started the fight, closed the strait, and spent oil revenue on missiles becomes the victim. The government trying to cut off that revenue becomes the villain.

Iran’s leadership is counting on this. They have watched Gaza. They know a large share of the international system will not distinguish between a blockade meant to bankrupt a hostile state and a blockade meant to starve a population. They know the word “genocide” no longer requires a legal finding. It only requires a headline and enough repetition.

If Washington folds at that point, the lesson is set. Maximum pressure works until the moment civilian suffering can be filmed.

Then the pressure is declared illegitimate, the money returns, and the regime survives to fight the next round.

That is the likely outcome unless someone is willing to say, early and often that hardship inside Iran is real, and it is also the point of economic warfare against a regime that chose this confrontation.

Aid that feeds people is one thing. Aid and oil revenue that refinances the IRGC is another.

The Gaza precedent was that those two things were deliberately fused. Iran is waiting for the same fusion to save it.

Perhaps @GAZAWOOD2 should prepare in advance with an account called Tehranwood, because you can almost see them doing it sooner than later.

After Friday night, I started looking into Macklemore’s history. What I found, including his repeated use of antisemitic tropes, made the whole thing even worse.

So I took my family and walked inside alongside hundreds of your other fans. As we were walking in, even the MetLife security guards were rolling their eyes at what was happening on stage.

We waited until Macklemore was finished before returning to our seats. Then we watched your show, which was phenomenal.

I left Friday hoping maybe this had caught you and your team off guard.

Then tonight you allowed it to happen again.

You knew exactly what Macklemore had done the night before, and you gave him the stage again.

Friday might have been Macklemore’s decision. Saturday was yours.

You have a lot of Jewish fans who love your music, buy your albums and merchandise, and bring their kids to your concerts.

Tonight, you lost four of them. And I suspect plenty more.

🚨🇹🇭 ALERTE : LA THAÏLANDE ORDONNE L’EXPULSION DE L’ANTISÉMITE KEVIN DIMINO !

Ce 7 septembre 2026, le Premier ministre et ministre de l’Intérieur Anutin Charnvirakul a signé l’arrêté n° 2354/2569 ordonnant l’expulsion de Kevin Dimino, citoyen français 🇫🇷originaire de Villeurbanne et propriétaire du Koh Samui Exotic Park.

L’arrêté dénonce des « comportements menaçants, intimidants et violents », des agressions physiques et de « graves divisions raciales et religieuses parmi les touristes », contraires à « l’ordre public, aux bonnes mœurs et au bien-être de la population ».

Kevin Dimino interdisait son parc aux Israéliens, proférait des insultes antisémites comme “Youpins” et s’en prenait à des familles juives. Il fanfaronnait qu’il ne risquait rien en Thaïlande.

C’est désormais le Premier ministre lui-même qui signe son expulsion.

Kevin Dimino dispose d’un délai de 7 jours à compter de la notification de l’arrêté pour faire appel de cette décision.

Le terme décrit un héritage culturel (Bible, monothéisme, loi, personne), pas une alliance théologique. Rome et Athènes se sont aussi combattues : ça n’empêche pas de parler de monde gréco-romain. Même logique.
