@Se_Railway If the trains are running between Ashford and London why am I not sat on a train already? Clearly passengers are a real inconvenience for Southeastern.
@Se_Railway Why have you not got contingencies in place? If the line is clear between Ashford / Tonbridge / London why are you not taking this into consideration. You’re messing with people’s livelihoods!
@Se_Railway Now sat on a Hastings train to get back to Tonbridge and then hope for a train to Staplehurst. Obviously line closures do happen but there are never any additional staff to guide passengers who infrequently use your train service.
@Se_Railway On my way out of London. I go to Charing Cross to see what the situation, told to go to Victoria, I travel to Victoria and see the 13.13 train to Ashford Int. then that train disappears from the boards. No announcement, so have to travel back to Charing Cross
@Se_Railway On the way up to London, train got diverted to Victoria (fair enough) but two elderly gentlemen who had appointments at St Thomas’s were not given any information on using the tube, so I very kindly guided them to Westminster, where they could walk across the bridge.
@Se_Railway Your communication at the stations has been diabolical. Twitter is all very well but for those who don’t have access to the app or your own app, your customer service is inept. For those who are not striking tomorrow perhaps you could work on your customer service skills!
