Absolutely appalling service from @easyJet - 15.35 flight delayed, told 20 minutes, then after an hour of waiting and hearing nothing, told another hour then after everyone demanding an update we’re finally told 9pm tonight. But guess what, I have my £3 refreshment voucher..🥴
