Missed again? disabled people who don’t claim income related benefits who use extra electric for medical equipment pumps, hoists, lifts, oxygen alarms, beds..these are items that cannot be cut back on.

@virginmedia how do I fix hub3 not pairing in connect app, always used to work fine, have reset hub, deleted and reinstalled app, cleared cache and data from app, resigned in etc. Still nothing. Click support and get to ask community? How about Virgin actually help???

@virginmedia Signed out and back in, but like I said, the option to change the frequency settings of the router are no longer an option anywhere within the app? Just says my network is optimised and that's it, no advanced settings like there used to be?? So how do I change the freq settings?

@virginmedia There is a screenshot in this thread.. seems to be working though now, but seems you updated the app and I can now no longer amend the 2.4ghz or 5ghz frequency settings from within the app?? When I try doing it online via the IP address it just says keeps saying password wring??

Your local wholesalers should be stocking Ener-J kinetic or Culina Konect from Forum Lighting.! Same product essentially
