Dear @GrabMY, I urgently need your utmost attention regarding a series of unauthorised transactions on my account dated 3rd August 2025.

The total amount lost is RM2,530.56 from GrabPayLater in postpaid and installment, which is a significant sum. I am extremely disappointed with the current handling of this issue. These transactions were made without my consent, and I do not wish to continue paying for something I did not authorise.

Please cancel all unauthorised transactions and remove the related installment plans from my account immediately.

Block the merchant account involved to prevent them from benefitting further from this fraudulent activity.
