@Delta@airfrance I booked a flight via my account on the @Delta website, but have been passed over to @airfrance to make any changes - responses have been incredibly slow (taking days at a time) and not tailored to my situation. I want to change the dates of my flight (now due to leave tomorrow).
@delta@airfrance (1/3) I’ve been trying for 4 days to change a flight that is due to depart tomorrow (December 20th), but have yet to make progress. Can’t do it online (notification telling me to call customer services), can’t get through on the phone (automatically cut off
(2/3) because the wait time is more than 45 mins), have sent multiple messages via Facebook Messenger (why is there no obvious customer service email address?) and have received 2 brief responses every couple of days asking me for basic information that I’ve already provided.
