How do you not have agents at a counter to help, when your flight from LGA to YYZ is over 3 hours delayed and arrives past midnight? People are sleeping at the airport waiting for someone to show up in the morning. The agent on the phone says they can't help.

@AirCanada Your baggage claims process is the worst! My suitcase was broken back in November 2025. After filing my claim in November, the claims representative messaged me once at the end of January and has not responded to my 3 of my emails since then asking for a decision.

@TELUSsupport how do I get a hold of customer service? You chat function keeps pushing me to the back of the line when it's my turn (3x). After a few tries, I resorted to call back but no one picks up when I get the call back.
