I had an abstract accepted for a poster and 1 of the 2 reviews mentioned they don’t know the area well enough to rate it.

I guess that could have saved me from a rejection, OR it could have been the reason it wasn’t accepted as a talk.

@thai101 I think I heard “bird site” mostly after people started talking about the “clock app”. I think Gen Z started noticing suppression of posts with the names of other social media platforms there, and it gained cross-platform popularity (though likely the term predated this).
