@Hertz Arrived in DUB for the 1st time & pre-booked Hertz.Waited 50mins for a shuttle at the terminal and now looks like another 1hr+ queue to check in.Then looks like another 1hr+ queue outside to have the car delivered. Total time to pick up car apprx. 3hrs - is this normal?
