When I went back to the branch and when I called, I was told there is nothing they can do. Now, I realize the social media team will probably say the same thing. I guess I have to find another bank. In the meantime, my family and I will go without food.

@BankofAmerica BofA is dishonest. They lie to their customers. I took a check from a lender that was through Citibank into the BofA branch yesterday.. I specifically asked if there were funds AND verified that there was no holds on the check. I was assured that it would clear

@BankofAmerica today. So, I took out cash for bills. Now, my account is overdrawn due to BofA lying about the check clearing. I work for a big corporation. I know there is a way to release it. I've been with them for 20 years. I guess this is how they treat their loyal customers!
