@flipkartsupport Just to update- @Flipkart has helped resolve the issues. Out of 3 replacement delivery agents, 1 one of them took accountability and helped me out! So, good staff is less but make the best of the company.

I have been a regular @Flipkart user but. My order for Butterfly Mixer Grinder is a used one. Delay in delivery. NO help from @flipkartsupport . Replacement agent refused to accept. Bhai tum carbon dating kr lo, maine use ni kiya. For new buyers beware!

@flipkartsupport You guys no support system for issues like these. Oct 2 is Oct 12. Support agents cannot help and delivery agent claims he is in a lot of pressure. When you're organizing something like Big Billion day, do you have customers in mind?

Utterly disappointed by @Flipkart delivery and support. They have really no support as par with @amazonIN. Ordered in Oct 2, still not delivered. Cannot cancel or ask for refund. @flipkartsupport must know to set expectations right!
