Leaving a passenger stranded is completely unacceptable, @flixbus_india! My bus (Route IN0310J) from Rishikesh (Nepali Farm) to Delhi didn't even stop at the pickup point at 7:15 PM today. When called, staff rudely asked me to just cancel. Absolute harassment!
