Time to remind everyone. This was predicted. Today’s passing of the second reading and adjourning until Tuesday all but guarantees this will get tied up in the courts. They were always going to pass it, just never in time for it to matter. That was always the plan. I told yall that two weeks ago, and reminded you 10 days ago when special session was announced. This was the RINO plan to look like they tried as hard as they could. Screw up and virtually guarantee the courts get heavily involved so they could pass the blame onto the Courts if it fails.
