OK, for instance the claim “life is inherently stressful” is your subjective interpretation. I also live a life and don’t find it stressful. Hence, this is just your belief and I would argue it limits your ability to experience life joyfully.
Of course, life is challenging for everybody, including animals and plants.
Stress (I mean chronic stress, not an immediate fight&flight response to an acute stimulus) is a learned behavior stemming from our belief that what ‘is’, is not what ‘should be’.
@GroenlandUSA@Alec_Zeck “Can’t do anything about it” is the limiting belief that makes people sick. You can always step out of victim mentality, it takes a lot of energy and effort but it’s the most rewarding shift you can make in your lifetime.
