@HughJazz916 @Wario64 I get where you're coming from. It is called "Switch 2" so it does feel like an upgrade. However, the reality is that it's new hardware entirely. Remember there are still some Switch 1 games that struggle with the compatibility layer. It takes effort to provide upgrades.
@mexillentJunior@Wario64 They previously only had a large cartridge size and key card. Key card was cheaper because it's much much smaller. These 2 smaller cards that Nintendo announced are more expensive than the key card and less expensive than the larger card. This was expected.

@basedtweetsonly@Wario64 Correct me if I'm wrong, but infinite's campaign is not free. If you want to play the story then MCC is perfect. I prefer the original 3 to 4, 5, and infinite but that's my personal opinion.
@RNGTMO @Wario64 Nintendo is a business responding to Trump's tariffs. Simple math, they're not going to make any money off the price increases, they are going to do everything possible to prevent loss of their margins.
@fvences@Cvincent731@Wario64 Games are much smaller than PS5/XSX/PC. You'd have to have over a hundred 20GB games to reach that. Unless someone didn't play a ton of third party games on another platform, 1/2TB at launch doesn't make sense. Plus the express only go up to 512GB as of now.
