@makemytripcare I have confirmed with my brother he is not okay with 50 percent refund and “internal action”. His words: over 2 hours late Dropped in the middle had to travel to bus station physical hassle. had to wait 1.5 hours on public station for the bus with all luggage. All plans derailed.
