India’s Innovation Engine is Unstoppable! 🇮🇳
Our patent filings soared to a historic 1.43 lakh+ in FY 2025-26, marking a 30.2% increase over last year.
With over 69% of patents filed domestically, led by innovators from Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, and Maharashtra, we are showing the world that “Made in India” is powered by “Invented in India”.
We are the world’s 6th largest patent filer, reflecting a confident India set to become a global innovation powerhouse.
India’s energy supply is fully secure and stable.
There is NO shortage of petrol, diesel, or LPG anywhere in the country. All retail outlets are operating normally, with adequate supplies.
Misinformation and panic-driven narratives are completely unfounded. Citizens are advised to rely only on official sources and avoid spreading rumours.
Government remains committed to ensuring uninterrupted energy access for every citizen. 🇮🇳

#WATCH | Delhi: Sujata Sharma, Joint Secretary (Marketing & Oil Refinery), Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas, says, "I want to inform my countrymen that we have the capacity to refine approximately 26 crore tons of crude oil annually. Over the past two days, we have seen lines outside retail outlets and petrol pumps in many areas, and panic buying has also been observed. We have sufficient petrol and diesel available. There is no shortage at any petrol pump. The terminals supplying petrol pumps also have sufficient quantities. Therefore, do not believe rumours and avoid panic buying. I also want to inform you that there has been no increase in the price of petrol and diesel..."
25 years ago at Eden Gardens Rahul and I shared a partnership that will forever remain special. In a moment when the game looked beyond us we chose belief, patience and resilience. That stand was not just about runs but was about trust, teamwork and fighting for every session. Grateful to have shared that journey with Rahul and to be part of a Test that reminded us all that in cricket comebacks are always possible👍 @BCCI #PowerOfPartnership #Believe #Resilience
To all those who call the UAE home and guests in our beloved nation.
The UAE places its security and the protection of all citizens, residents, and visitors at the very top of its priorities. With God’s grace, the UAE is fully prepared to confront these threats.
I extend my deepest appreciation to our brave armed forces, our committed security services, and all national institutions and teams working tirelessly to keep our country safe. They represent the highest standards of readiness and cooperation. We are truly proud of them.
I would also like to underscore my sincere gratitude for the awareness shown by our community of Emiratis and our resident brothers and sisters, partners in this nation, who have expressed their genuine love and loyalty to the UAE through both words and actions. In the UAE, everyone is Emirati through their love for this land and their contributions to it.
May God have mercy on the victims and grant the injured a speedy recovery. With God’s blessing, the UAE—the land of Zayed—will remain strong in its unity, steadfast in defending its sovereignty, and steadily advancing towards the future.
