$KAS is fair launched. Why does this matter with regard to exchange listings?

Most projects reserve part of the supply for business development, like listings.

Exchanges take coins as a payment fee and for trading liquidity.

#Kaspa, being fair launched, only gets listed the old fashion way, like #BTC, because of genuine demand.

Exchanges take it upon themselves to supply the liquidity for their clients.

Strategically, the biggest exchanges, assuming they plan to list $KAS, will accumulate low and wait until the market cap runs up, and then list $KAS.

This allows @coinbase or @kraken or @Gemini or @binance or @cryptocom or whoever to get liquidity for a fraction of the cost, as it would cost them multiples from if they were to list $KAS at say—$1.00—and acquired liquidity up there.

In other words—Buying and waiting to list $KAS allows them to have deeper liquidity at a fraction of the cost.

This is why you see inferior projects listing first—it’s not for lack of interest by @brian_armstrong or anyone, it’s just business. Most coins are not fair launched. #Kaspa, however, is, and it will be listed everywhere, because it is good enough, but it will take time.
