@kyledcheney Absolutely correct. We have never before seen this level of sarcasm and outrage in a judicial ruling. Judge Biery takes his place among the other extraordinarily courageous federal judges - who are “extraordinary” simply because they are doing their job competently. What a world!

Oh my! Hats off to Amna for standing firm against an unbelievably obnoxious and condescending Richard Grenell. How she remained eminently professional against his direct insults to her and to PBS, I do not know. So grateful to her for her integrity.
@jimsciutto@EricColumbus Stephen Miller is Trump 2.0 version of David Addington. Except that Miller makes Addington seem like a choir boy, in comparison.
@jacklgoldsmith Don’t give him any ideas! And, anyway, firing Roberts would, of course, be unconstitutional, although that little obstacle hasn’t stopped Trump so far and has actually encouraged him to defy the Constitution and then, say, “so, what are you going to do about it?”
@rudalev Right….didn’t anyone tell Trump he needs a statute to create a department? (Oh, that is just a pesky little detail that only deep state nerds care about…). So, yes, this cannot be an actual “department” unless Congress gets on board to create it and fund it.
@WalshFreedom@KamalaHarris In the same mode as “Reagan Dems,” these are “Harris Republicans.” On Tuesday, we will see just how many of them there are…they have been largely silent but will “speak” on Tuesday.
@nytmike This is an amazing bit of reporting… thanks for including memo drafts. They were written as if explaining something to a 5-year-old. And what were the “secret WH documents” to which you had access?? Tantalizing….
