My sctr is parked at home since last 13 days becz of RH Cntr switch not working inspite of regular enquiries from ur jammu shrm got no sol.....is that a service which a custmr is supposed to get after spending more than 1.5 lakh

@peyushbansal Also, I ordered photochromic/extra-vision driving lenses, but the spectacles delivered show blue light dots/reflections and severe glare, making them uncomfortable/unsafe for driving.
Please refund the unauthorized additions and replace/rectify both ly.

@peyushbansal Serious complaint regarding Order #1349732540. I ordered only Lenskart Air Pop E18109 & Vincent Chase E18177, but Hooper sunglasses (₹405.95) and Gold MAX Pro Membership (₹1,500) were added without my knowledge/consent.

Other defects (left brake lever, footrest noise, charging port flip cover) were also reported to technician Rohit. On visiting for pickup, scooter was found parked in shabby condition with no repairs done. Please explain why I had to bear crane charges and ensure imm. Rect

@bhash I am extremely dissatisfied with service for my Ola scooter JK21J2635. Rear noise was reported earlier at Ola GK Jammu & Vijaypur but no rectification was done. Scooter later failed and had to be shifted from Samba to Jammu by crane at my own cost.

Thanx for PCR Samba for swift action but required more help from Fire Bridgade Samba as many 2 wheelers are skipping in stretch between Lord Krishna School Samba to Convent School Samba in which a truck carring wet material from factory dropped it's material in this strectch
