@JacketsInsider@NHL_On_TNT Always good to see Ace, and love that he's got a t-shirt on that goes back to his CBJ days. I remember seeing Ace up-close-and-personal when he was with Sparty and I was at BGSU. A little bit too much of Ace in the '95 CCHA tourney semi-final, even.

But sure, these are the people who are focused on the cost of eggs. Got it.
@YoungPattyKane@FriedgeHNIC Allow me to point you to how the Whalers treated Shanahan back in '96. Once he requested the trade, the Whalers stripped him of the C. Worked out for him in the end, of course...
It is appalling that Blue Cross will refuse to pay for anesthesia during surgery if it goes too long. The current system is broken. Democrats will regain trust by standing up to special interest insurance companies and fighting for Medicare for All. https://t.co/sQxtvpph0I
@Piccolo_3_16@Angelica_Reed1@Edward__Bernays The same people in Washington that people like this give thousands to (and probably millions once you get through the dark-money PACs) and have a vested interest in keeping these folks happy?
@BiTrungNhn1@Angelica_Reed1@Edward__Bernays Way to "ackshully" the conversation. We've tried changing the system, but too many people fall for the "socialized care" boogeyman that the 1%, especially people like this dead man, use to keep the status quo.
@sneddiggity@B0ltodinson@Angelica_Reed1@Edward__Bernays My employer offers me three choices for my insurance. All three are UHC, just different coverage tiers. Because of my particular needs, I have to take the lowest deductible plan, and 20% of my gross income goes to my premiums. Fuck everyone involved in that system.
@sneddiggity@Angelica_Reed1@Edward__Bernays If you've had a loved one denied coverage for medically necessary care after you've paid the insurer thousands in premiums for that coverage then you might not care about the asshole in the C-suite being a loving husband and father.
@Angelica_Reed1@Edward__Bernays My bi-monthly premium for my coverage is about 20% of my gross income. When I had ear surgery in 2022, I had to pay about $3800 out-of-pocket, and $400 a few months later for fillings. They won't pay for hearing aids that I could use, but don't absolutely need.
