@kidney_boy Very common in my pediatric HTN patients. I tell them that the drug is likely contributing and discuss non-stimulant alternatives (guanfacine, clonidine.) I do not counsel patients to stop ADHD meds and if non stimulants are a no-go I treat it with typical 1st line.
