Can you advise on the @takethat @AOArena fiasco? Paid block A ROW 2. Reallocated back of the arena block 107.

I just want some compensation for lower value seats. All @TicketmasterUK offer is to cancel it.

@TicketmasterCS How can you say moving us from ROW 2 in front of the stage to the back of the arena is ‘as close as possible to the original seats’ It is no where near the original seats. I don’t want a refund as I will miss it altogether due to your incompetence but I do expect compensation.

Very upset at the seats we’ve been allocated for the @takethat show on Thursday. After it was moved to the @AOArena by @TicketmasterUK 🤬

Paid extra for Row 2 seats, now moved to the very back of the arena! Not at all happy about this!
