@CrippledQuack@biologyinmed My daughter was rep for LGBT society at uni and had several trans-men friends (girls). None of them were fighting to use the men's loos/changing rooms/play in men's sports. This isn't anything to do with 'trans'. This is about MEN wanting control over WOMEN.
@biologyinmed My teenage daughter NEVER uses the toilets in her secondary school. She says its 'too embarrassing', even though it's Female only and sometimes holds herself for up to 9 hrs a day. Some teenage girls are hyper about their privacy.
@AllisonPearson My hubby's a Barrister, works closely with police. He used to say they were generally decent people trying to do a good job in difficult circumstances. Now - he says they have become captured by DEI, are incompetent, untrustworthy and racist.
@MissLauraMarcus@marksandspencer I went into Next Bluewater today to pick up and try on 3 dresses. The online order pickup was in men's dept. Couldn't be bothered to go upstairs to the ladies dept so used the fitting rooms in men's dept (curtained cubicles). Got some funny looks๐
@wokeandwoofing At 17 my daughter announced was non-binary, all friends 'identified' as something. Went through a few very difficult years of arguments. Now age 24 she's happy in her skin, with nice boyfriend. She doesn't mention anything about it now.
@mocampo1@isaacrrr7 At this point I must agree with you - we really do deserve whats happening to us. I'm ashamed to be British and pray that soon we will turn round and fight.
@DrHoenderkamp@BriefcaseMike My daughter was rep for LGBTQ society at Uni, had several transmen friends. Not one of them were fighting to use men's loos/changing rooms, compete in men's sports. This isn't about being 'trans' - this is about MEN fighting for access to WOMEN's private spaces.
@flavell5@JunusAnna@sharrond62 Its not about them 'feeling safe', its just about them wanting access to women's spaces. Its about MEN exercising CONTROL over WOMEN. Same as its ever been.
@Abouterf197543@BarbicanCentre 'Men get 3 toilets, women get none' This is what makes me so very, very angry! I was a feminist back in the 1970s because I believed women should have equal rights to men - now 50yrs later and MEN are still telling us we have no rights. ๐ก
@mertcan_2134@hicasamadim I thought 'oh thats 4' within a few seconds. But when everyone else was coming up with other numbers I started questioning myself - even sent it to my daughter (BSc Maths) asking her if I was wrong!๐คฃ
@CF_Farrow My daughter is autistic so I appreciate the problems you face. I'm so sorry your daughter was stressed and in turn you - it really is unacceptable and M&S must change their policy. Sending hugs.
