I’m so proud of our Lady Cardinals Softball Team! We just wrapped up our 8-week strength cycle and these girls absolutely crushed it.

From day one, they trusted me. I came in as a late summer hire, and all I asked for was a positive attitude & effort every single day. They had every reason to question who I was or what I was about—but instead, they put their heads down and went to work.

And the results speak for themselves…

Pre-Cycle Total: 1,250 lbs
Post-Cycle Total: 1,500 lbs
+250 lbs = 20% team increase

⬛ BENCH
Pre-Cycle Total: 735 lbs
Post-Cycle Total: 805 lbs
+70 lbs = 10% team increase

This team makes my job awesome!
