DARK REALITY:
The most depressed person in the family
isn’t the mother.
Isn’t the father.
It’s the eldest son.
He grew up before he was ready.
Carried weights he couldn’t name.
Stayed strong for everyone else while falling apart inside.
He was the emotional buffer,
the second parent,
the example,
the protector,
the problem-solver.
But who solved his problems?
He learned to suffer in silence.
To cry in private.
To suppress.
To numb.
To endure.
And no one noticed.
Because “he’s strong.”
Because “he’s the man.”
Because they needed him more than they loved him.
Dear eldest son,
You matter too.
You deserve softness.
You deserve help.
You deserve to break and rebuild —
for yourself.
Being the foundation doesn’t mean you have to be made of stone.
Introverts are not rude, they're picky af. If they vibe, they vibe. If they don't, stay away. Authenticity runs in their blood. If they like you, they go all in. Mind, body, and soul. They'll make you feel like one in a million. If they don't, try again in next life.
Oversharing is how you leak energy and become vulnerable to those who don't have your best interests at heart. Some people talk to you to talk about you or to gather ammunition to use against you later. Being private and not telling people more than they need to know is top-tier.
PAUL WALKER SAID: Somebody is in the hospital right now begging God for opportunity you have. Don't you dare go to the bed depressed. Count your blessings & shake it off.
