@DVLAgovuk my son has applied for his licence after a disqualification, he applied in Oct and you took payment in Dec, phone lines are impossible to get through and no response to email, surely you can't take payment for a product and not provide the service, please advise?

My son applied for his licence on the 4th October, you took my money on the 2nd December, still no licence and absolutely no way to get in contact with anyone...I get covid has had an impact but this is utterly ridiculous #dvla #useless

@Kernow_King @CornishOven @CornishOven gets my vote, during the 1st lockdown they donated up to 500 pasty’s a week to help feed the old and people in isolation in and around Hayle FOC, for over 12 weeks they did this and really helped support us @HAYLERFC #legends
