@carlos31498163@wwared@NicolasRamsrud@KdSwap@Thanos8912@kadena_io Nothing can prevent mistakes from happening, that's not how engineering and systems design (and to a greater extent, life) works. Certain tools can make it easier to prevent, catch, and fix mistakes, and Pact is one of those tools.
When we work together, funds are safe! Big shout out to @wwared@NicolasRamsrud@KdSwap@Thanos8912@kadena_io for all of their effort in helping stop this vuln in its tracks. We are working on a comprehensive fix, stay tuned.
@shotsbymatta Not just me :) Big shout out to @wwared who deserves as much credit as me, the rest of the @KaddeXofficial team in their patience and handling of this, and the help of @kadena_io@KdSwap@Thanos8912 in bringing all of this to a responsible closure!
@rizwanzir The process is in place, things are in progress. We can't wait to launch, but you can't rush something as important as an audit! As soon as NCC gives us the green light, we'll get it out to you.
@jhblackburne0 It sure would, but the difference in effort required between these two options is larger than you would think. Ad hoc livestreams are easy to produce, hard to consume; quality video content is the opposite.
I plan to do the latter regardless, but I can't promise a delivery date.
@KdLaunch@JulienGaeremyn1 Not impossible, the code editor I'm using/integrating into (Monaco) is what VS Code uses at its core. The work I've put into Shadena could plausibly be integrated into a VS Code extension, I imagine.
