London City was given permission to increase passengers 6.5m to 9m per yr but, as growth has virtually stalled, it could take 35 yrs to get there! CAA stats reveal growth of just 3% per yr. Passengers in 2024 unlikely to top 3.4m.  The record 2019 figure was 5.1m passengers.
