Caught up with #LosingIt while I was away, it was great to see a systemic, trauma and attachment focus taken to explain the difficulties of the young people on the programme but such a shame this narrative got lost for the adults and returned to people being ‘ill’ @Channel4
@eolasinntinn For me it’s been the difference between “this hurts and I don’t know why” and “this really fucking hurts but I probably know why that is” - that distinction let’s me off the hook for a whole cycle of blame and depression (not totally mind), which feels a lot like healing.
