@LNER I’m trying to book tickets to and from NCL at the beginning of July but the website keeps saying that seat reservations are unavailable. Why is this and will they be available soon?

@SW_Help Can you explain why Portsmouth to Waterloo trains are still running with only 5 carriages? Another (delayed) journey this morning with dangerous numbers standing in all carriages. Can we expect the 18:30 from Waterloo to be as busy?

@SW_Help Doesn’t matter what time or what day I travel I never get to my destination on time or on the train I intended. 18.30 from Waterloo to Portsmouth so busy lots of people couldn’t get on thanks to yet another short train that simply can’t cope with the passenger numbers.

@LNER Currently on 11.58 from York to London KX. It’s massively overcrowded and there are no seat reservations. Do you offer refunds for those of us with seat reservations who are now standing all the way to London?
