To piggyback off of yesterday’s bombshell glyphosate hearing in Florida—here is my recent lab work showing how much glyphosate is in my body as someone who eats ALL ORGANIC. 🚨Monsanto v Durnell🚨

This Friday, January 9, 2026, the United States Supreme Court will decide whether to hear the Monsanto/Bayer Roundup Cancer case.  

This could be our LAST CHANCE to stop PESTICIDE MANUFACTURERS from getting IMMMUNITY… 

German pharmaceutical company Bayer bought Monsanto in 2018. Bayer/Monsanto produces Roundup, a "weed killer" containing glyphosate which causes non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma or other related cancers. Bayer sells this product with no cancer warning and continues to run deceptive ad campaigns claiming it is safe.   

Bayer/Monsanto is asking the Court to rule that the EPA did not require it to update its labels to include cancer warnings, and that adherence with the EPA's labeling standards shields it from liability.  

What Bayer isn't mentioning, though, is that Roundup's approval was based on a fraudulent study that Monsanto scientists GHOSTWROTE and has since been RETRACTED. Monsanto used this study to DECEIVE regulators. 

57,000 PESTICIDES  
If the Court agrees to hear the case and then agrees with Monsanto/Bayer, the manufacturers of over 57,0000 pesticide products and all future pesticides will have full immunity from future lawsuits if they can show they complied with federal requirements, even if that compliance was fraud. 

Here’s the bottom line: Monsanto ghostwrote the science, buried the truth, and colluded with regulators to get approval.  And now BAYER wants the approval obtained through DECEPTION and FRAUD to become IMMUNITY.  

Does that sound like Justice? 

The Supreme Court should enforce Congress’s law, protect Americans, and deny review. 
This could be our LAST CHANCE to stop PESTICIDE manufacturers from getting IMMUNITY… 

🚨TIME TO GET LOUD 
Let’s make sure every MOM, FRIEND, and STAFFER knows about this FRAUD. Spread the word about this & get the retracted paper out on X --- to inform SCOTUS to DENY review, and to protect future generations from PURVEYORS of POISON getting IMMUNITY.  

We have only 2 days to get the word out about this case and get the SUPREME COURT to DENY REVIEW.  We need a massive social media campaign moving on X highlighting the FRAUD and DECEPTION used to get Roundup’s label approved.   

Roundup causes Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma – a type of cancer – and people who have been harmed by this product were NOT WARNED on the label.  They have suffered and continue to suffer.  This is pathologic what this company has done over the decades – and they ABSOLUTELY should NOT GET IMMUNITY.

While everyone is on holiday, Congress is secretly negotiating what goes into the spending bill, and Republicans @CongMikeSimpson @lisamurkowski @SpeakerJohnson are pushing to include Section 453.

Section 453 would protect pesticide companies from being sued when their products harm Americans (as long as the label meets federal requirements)

@CongMikeSimpson has been gaslighting MAHA moms claiming this is harmless and is just a “labeling clarification.”

This is misleading.

If someone is harmed by a pesticide, they lose their right to take the company to court.

This isn’t about labels. It’s about corporate immunity.

If companies sell dangerous products, they should be held accountable, not shielded by Congress!

Don’t give foreign chemical companies immunity.
