@flyscoot I get that OTP is important for security. If email OTP is the only option you support, please use a proper provider.

@flyscoot why is it that your email OTPs often takes more than a few minutes to arrive?Then you stop people from requesting OTP send after 5 tries when it was your system time lag that caused the issue.

@flyscoot Spoke to your call centre abt my problem logging in using my Krisflyer. Your call centre reply was I should either keep trying until I get thru or use Internet Explorer. Isn't this rather lame explanation?

@flyscoot My Krisflyer acct is active and working as I also checked with SQ yesterday. The problem was on your website and it persisted the whole of yesterday. The problem fortunately disappear today and your system is now able to recognise my krisflyer login.
