@wolfandbadger Hi Wolf & Badger. I bought something understanding it was on the basis of free returns. It didn't fit. I paid £58.10. I've been reimbursed £53.10. What is the £5 for? This doesn't seem to accord with your policy.
@MartinSLewis I'd say it's just honest of the 20sth. There are plenty of CVs I've read that say 'proficient in all office programs'; it becomes clear they know basic functions but *believe* they're proficient as they've never needed to do anything more advanced. It's all about perception.
I know this seems a bit anally retentive (I'd say curious, really), but I'd love to know why my £10 voucher only gave me £9.99 off. I wonder what I did to make @BandQ@bandq_help penalise me a penny!?
@BandQ My voucher codes, that you have only emailed me this week and have an expiry date of 6th Aug, are not working on your website. Is something up with it? Thanks 😁

#HexhamBluegrassFestival is BACK this year, needing crowdfunding, but WAIT! The number of backers is the important thing, not the £. Target Reached=Match Funding. More festival details on the page. Click below! My top pick: @Jaywalkers_Band <3

@russell_kane Just listening to latest EG - a friend and I came to see your Shakespearian show about 15 years(?) ago. We had a great time, thought it was ace. Definitely right to ignore the advice not to develop that one! ☺️
Aaand, 3 replies from scam accounts within two minutes! Are they tracking the word 'scam', or just tweets to @HSBC@HSBC_UK because they know no one will do anything about it?
@HSBC@HSBC_UK When a friend has £365 scammed out of her account, it's not really acceptable to tell her she'd probably forgotten and that it's not a huge amount of money. Might not be to you, but she has 2 kids. No Easter for them, then.
@MoneySavingExp Crikey, you're a harsh lot! She's not Amazon. If she hadn't been asked to bring it, she wouldn't have spent the money at all. I'd say half and half is fair. She definitely shouldn't shoulder the whole cost of something she was only doing for someone else.
@MoneySavingExp Slightly OT, but John Lewis charges £2.50 for click and collect, which surprised me. Deichmann have been great recently, easy peasy deliveries, C&C and returns.
@BarclaysUKHelp Following y'day's thread my CEO is now on phone being passed (for 4th time this morning) between your Mandate team and IT team to get the lock taken off her account access. Each says it's the other's fault. What are you going to do to help us? We're paralysed.
@BarclaysUKHelp Thank you. My CEO is now on hold to the Business Manager North East team and has been for an hour. She has to leave at 12. So if you can help at all, it will stop us all having to re-start this again on Monday, which no one wants! I have DM'd our co. details (all public record).
@StarlingBank Thank you so much! Is there an account switching service... basically, can we move to you without having completed this Barclays hell, as you'll do your own ID checks on us all?
