@charlie_1417 @AfcXdc @Arsenal They can get us back the membership not the tickets. Iv emailed them and then didn’t even apologise and basically said on this occasions were lucky to get the money back as they don’t have to refund. I don’t want a refund I want the tickets I originally had

They said it’s because we had refreshed ticket exchange too much. Which of course we all are trying for tics

@AFCSilverMember 20+ year silver membership and Man City tickets cancelled as ticket system has mistaken me for a bot due to amount of times refreshed on exchange. Only tickets I have got on ballot. I now have a 11yr old who I have to tell he isn’t going! Could happen to anyone
